You know, the more I think about it
Some folks on this board thought Colorado would have no trouble with CSU (Fort Collins as I like to call them). I didn't go along with that. I thought it would be a tough game. CSU plays Colorado very tough every time. Just about everyone at that place hates Colorado with a passion.
I believe they get their football team to play Colorado harder than any team plays any other team anywhere, anytime. It's pretty clear the dirty stuff was in Norvell's game plan.
I'm proud of Coach Sanders' statement after the game. He elevated himself and the team above the nonsense perpetrated by Norvell and his team.
Coach Deion Prime Sanders is a target. Colorado will get everyone's best shot from here on out. Oregon will play very tough. They are not looking down or past Colorado by any means. Their coach has already done his yapping before this week.
As mentioned by Visionary Buff, Colorado will likely have to slow down Oregon's running game. I think he had a pretty good assessment in his post. We will see how the defensive line and linebackers can handle it. I think Colorado's defensive backs are pretty good even without Travis Hunter and they will look even better if the front 7 can stop the run and get pressure on passing plays.
