CU basketball could definitely use a change at the top
It is simply time. Tad has taken a bad cellar dweller program from Bzz and made it a solid middle of the Pac12 program, but I dont see him doing much better. There is a risk involved that a new coach could fail and CU returns to pre Tad success(or lack thereof) , but there is also a chance CU could get to that next level where they compete in top third of conference every year and make the dance most years.
It's worth the risk.
