Based on the following:
1) I don’t think RG would present a written offer unless he thought it was going to be signed, and I don’t think he’d put all his eggs in one basket with an open-ended offer and risk being shunned at the 11th hour.
2) no denials for any parties.
3) the timing seems to fit.

I also know nothing is a given in this business, but this feels real.
