UW will be going to the Rose Bowl when USC beats Utah in the Pac-12 championship game. And, yes, USC will beat Utah. It will be a blowout IMO. The Pac-12 system for selecting which teams play in the conference championship game in the event of ties is ridiculous. Most would agree that Oregon and Washington are better than Utah. And, yet, here we are with Utah in the CCG because of some distant tiebreaker about opponent win %. The Rose Bowl on the other hand will select their team based on poll rankings, which is how it should be. They get the based available team. It would have been interesting to see how UW and their stellar team might have performed against USC in the CCG but we won't get the chance to see that.
