DS would be the great shot in the arm energy and huge personality that CU needs. IMO, he will have to be controversial and maybe go to war with CU admin to force needed changes. I would imagine it is a 5 years or less engagement. If DS is good/great, he goes to Fla State or a real power school. If it is a total headache, he resigns or goes back.

RW comes in as DC/Asst. HC with the understanding that hell or high-water he is the HC in waiting. Even if the Defense stinks before Y4-5, RW can only be moved to a position coach and stays AHC.
