Both these teams are much better, but this does prove one thing:
Emotion is a huge factor in football.

Makes me really want our next guy to have that fire and passion. You can't field a good team with just that, but on any given Saturday it can be the difference in the game.

My next thought is why is there not more talk about Jonathan Smith?
look at the improvement under him: 2-10, 5-7, 2-5, 7-6, 9-3.

That is what you look for in a coach: steady improvement. By the way, his demeanor is all too much like Dorrell. I just don't see him get too emotional ever. Maybe that's the knock against him?
