The good:
He did take over two programs with losing record in Baylor and Temple and got them 10 wins and over in his 3rd year. He showed quick and steady success. He has plenty of college experience and NFL experience.

The Bad:
Baylor only had one bad year after the Briles problem. They were an established program and still appear to be playing well under Aranda. Temple is not a major football program and has nowhere near the competition Rhule will face in the Big-10. He has never recruited at a top level. And of course, there's his NFL record.
