This is just my opinion, but he put 'Bama in the spotlight of recruits and now they recruit themselves. I think he has systems in place for the assistants to get the profile of players he wants He is highly organized, smart, efficient, and has the recruiting system on automatic pilot.

When he leaves, Alabama needs to be careful about making sure someone within the organization is mentored and brought in to keep the train rolling and not blow-up the whole system. I could be wrong. Maybe a 71 year old guy is out hustling everyone else, but I sorta doubt it.
