Coaches lose the team when they only point fingers at the players and not themselves. Check it out, Tad will consistently say “That’s on me”, “I need to do a better job”, “We were outcoached”, etc.

I’ve seen too many coaches (and bosses) say their plan was perfect, but the execution sucked.
