and you wanting a bigger sample size before getting too excited is also warranted.

I guess I've gotten to the point where I've accepted the reality of CU athletics - high expectations are a fool's errand.

Too me, Tad is kind of like our Kyle Whittingham.

Built a respected program, wins regularly, in the mid to top tier most every year, maybe a championship now and then, clean program.

As a 60-year-old CU fan, the AD has beaten me into that submission.

Give me a 7-5. 8-4, bowl games in most years FB team and I'd be happier than a pig in slop at this point.

Boyle has created a more successful than not, clean, respected program which about all CU can really hope for given the state of college athletics and overall support for the CU AD.
