Whats the deal with Allen?


I have yet to see him play, and everyone says he is a 6-7 athletic freak, yet no one projects him having a significant role next year. Is it his skill level? Bball IQ? Still getting over the hip injury?.
This team could really use a bucket getter on the wing.
