Disagree...in part..

Some can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think many of CU's offensive woes come down to the Oline recruiting, much more than the QB or skill positions. When CU had 4* TE's they were better. CU's line has been thin and down towards the bottom of their league since this drought began. We need more bigger, stronger, faster and smarter Oline. IMO, this is where the offensive talent is worst, and the offensive woes really start. That said, talent at all offensive positions could be better.

Any CU recent QB, Sefo, Montez etc... spent a good deal of time running for their life and getting physically beat up. I gain more appreciation for Sefo, as he was a warrior. Montez was big and even a better runner and he had to gut some games out. Both guys missed games because they were just beat up.

Under GB, when CU had Victor Rogers and Gurode, they almost went all the way with Bobby Pez. Heck, if memory serves CU won a Big12 South Conference with 5'8" Robert Hodge as QB. Klatt put up good numbers and won a ton of games as QB (transfer, but no 4*), however the Oline could generally keep him upright and healthy.

CU has never been QB U and I doubt that it will become one in the foreseeable future.
