for one second. Rick George is also completely clueless on this. I hate NIL but even I have some ideas that might work. For example a network like Forever Buffs could offer a collective that players could opt into. They vest a certain amount per year but only receive payout with a degree from the University of Colorado. So lets say they vest $25K per year, upon graduation, they received $100K. The best part is that a sophomore thinking about transferring is leaving $50K on the table. This type of program may not move the needle for your 4 and 5 star guys but might work for some players.
