Be like the NHL/MLB. Draft/pay kids out of HS.

If they are not physically ready to play, do as the NFL and MLB do and create minor leagues and develop them. In the NHL, some kids, like the NBA, play as teenagers. MLB usually requires more development. The NFL likely the same but some cats could play straight outta HS.

College football as we knew it. Dead.
