I kind of look at this way. OJ wasn't "guilty" either. Watson might not be


"guilty," legally but 1) the law just can't prove it and thus doesn't have enough to convict 2) the terrible narrative is out there and on burning uncontrolled 3) he financially settled with many claimants. Some say that doesn't mean he's guilty. Ok, cool. But we all know how it LOOKS. 4) He brought misery to the NFL in the form of scrutiny, critics and bad press.

Watson, who I used to really like, brought all this on himself.
