I looked the timeline up

Borghi commits Feb 23rd 2017 to CU
Broussard committed to CU June 23th
Deion Smith committed to CU June 25th
Borghi decommits June 30th

I thought it was Broussard that caused him to decommit and hence why CU went and brought in Smith as well.
