What other medical procedures are a constitutional right?

Again, I support a reasonable timeframe to get an abortion.

But the constitution is silent on any kind of personal medical intervention.

And since it is silent, I'd argue that it then falls to the 10th Amendment, reserving all other rights to the person and States, thus an individual's right to choose. However, I see the constitutional right coming more from a core right of self-determination.

What is not expressly given to the government is reserved for the people.
