Seems pretty clear it is fraudulent

Judge has prevented him from saying or mentioning anything about bankruptcy. Said he has lied mutliple times under oath about it. Said he made draws from his corporation of $60,000,000 last year. He is full of it.
Didn't realize, but I guess the complaint has asked for a specific amount, I think $160,000,000. Some states require you plead a specific amount (mine doesn't). Whatever it is, I bet they get it.
