Biden's exec order

Clear message to shut down oil and gas. So they're preparing. They may have actually started the day Biden was elected. His campaign was clear, so it may have started in Nov 2020.

Can anyone claim that his executive orders did not have a negative influence on oil & gas production and refining of? And subsequently the start of inflation?
