When does the prosecution start?

The hearings are showing lots of potential criminal activity. When does a grand jury get to see the evidence, charges filed, and the beginning of the end, begin?

That's when it might be time to pay attention. For now it's Adam Schiff and his two republican pals doing what they do best, act like congress people.
