It is the only thing that has kept Colorado sane, fiscally speaking.

First, We don't need more money for schools, DPS is actually shrinking as are a number of the larger districts like Jeffco in the state.
Second, I wouldn't trust D's to actually spend cash on roads. They would probably add another train line which no one uses but costs an amazing amount.
I wish it were simple as 'those public institutions need more money then they will perform better.' I don't believe that.
