It was the NCAA that squeezed toothpaste out in the first place. Requiring

universities to have student athletes sign over NIL to them, including BEYOND ATTENDING COLLEGE. The O'Bannon law suit slow walked by NCAA got us to where we are. It was OK to sell NIL as long as NCAA was the financial beneficiary because that preserves armature status, according to them. It's all about who gets the money.

Think they would of had a better case if had banned NIL altogether but they were too greedy for that.
