UT football is such a conundrum...


They have lots of talent in their primary recruiting area, they are the flagship school in a state of 28 mm (although Aggie would argue that) who are rabid FB fans. Add all that in with what seems like unlimited funds for recruiting, facilities, and coaching and that should be what you need to consistently achieve a high level of success.

On paper, they have everything required for a dominating program but can't keep up with Iowa State of late.
