Why do you think these low major transfers will be huge upgrades?

I am not saying these kids wont help, and I have never seen either of them play, but there is a big difference between high D1 and low D1 like the Ivy league. Ivy is comparable to Big Sky in level of talent.
Just think about Kountz who struggled mightily in Boulder and went to the Big Sky and became their player of the year
