The court suffered irreparable damage from the misogynistic actions of


Thomas and Kavanaugh. The court also became even more politicized by McConnell and the not allowing Obama to put Garland on the court with 9 months left in term, yet allowing Trump to ram through Barrett in very short order.

The leak is not SCOTUS biggest problem for their legitimacy.
