Exactly. A bigger problem than the Scotus pre-decision? NO.

I still don't entirely understand how a court in 2022 can decide to overturn a decision made by a court in 1973, especially without a case in front of them that would contradict the earlier ruling. If someone can explain that, I'd appreciate it.
