Keeping him in jail overnight, while part of the "domestic violence" protocol, was pretty ridiculous. Situations like this is why women (or men) need to think twice before calling the police when in an argument (non physical) with you your sig other. If police show up and determine that one person committed any type of offense that they define as "domestic" then someone is spending the night in jail
