My stress level seem inconsequential. Every case I have tried is, at the end of the day, is about money. That can be important, but it is nothing compared to a criminal trial. I cannot imagine the pressure prosecuting a case and having the victims family sitting behind me. That’s a whole different level of pressure I’ve never dealt with. On the flipside defending somebody in the same situation, knowing that if you lose or you are unprepared that your client would go to jail, that is even worse
