I would predict that this will soon be coming to resturant near you.....


I remember living in Boulder back in the day and they were one of the first cities in the country that had no smoking areas (separate but equal) and shortly thereafter ban smoking indoors altogether.

My only gripe would be if the message were in a small font. I do agree with the posts below that it should just be built into the price. Overhead is just the cost of doing business. To separate it out seems like a gimmick to me. Do you tip on the cost of the food, the "Fair" fee, or both added together?
