I took the photo from the front porch of Mom and Dad's house. Their house was tilted on an acre lot so the front porch and big front window in the living room directly faced Pikes Peak. I would always get home twice a year when Mom and Dad were alive. I get to Colorado Springs at least once a year since their passing.
