So Mike was at first coup-curious…


.. knew of the plot, knew others in Congress who knew of the plot, was willing to consult, had ideas, texted repeatedly with Meadows, calculated the political risk, ultimately got cold feet, and failed in his constitutional duties to raise the alarm to the public and the authorities?

Would this action fall under Title 18, US Code, Section 2?
