Yes, the media does get the story wrong sometimes, as in the

Sandman case, but they then try to retract it and report correctly. In the case of the Mueller report, the investigators were not looking for collusion, so they were not reporting on collusion. That investigation did result in 5 people sentenced to prison, which is a considerable number of people connected to that presidential administration.
