Chart I gave you is misleading. This one is more realistic.

The lines give the impression of linear trending down or up based on a year to year draft rather than decade alone. These were just sum quantities of each decade and don't represent the trends between decades that the graph shows. If and when I have more time I might put together a year by year chart to see trending.

Here is something without the deceptive trend line.
