Here is a great graphic of CU's talent over the last 7 decades

Colorado NFL draft players in the 70s and 90s had a lot to do with two coaches, Eddie Crowder and Bill McCartney. They both had a great "man in charge" personality, both recruited very well and they hired very good assistant coaches.
