This is 100% correct
Boyle is better than the average CU coach in major sports. But below the quality of a top 25 basketball program - which we clearly are not. He is what we expect. If he were a top tier coach he would have been gone years ago. He’s not. He’s never mentioned nationally. He’s just better than what we have come to expect at CU. Not time to fire him by any means but maybe we can open our eyes up to what the BB program is. It’s a mid tier PAC 12 program with an exception every 6-8 years - equating to an NCAA birth and first or second round loss. Better than football. For that he gets paid millions. Not sure there is an ROI there for him but…OK.
