Sounds to me that she can prematurely burn out her heart...

since the heart is a vital muscle organ.

Years ago when I worked for a chiropractor way before they became as popular as they are now, he would always warn patients about muscle relaxer medications for spasms, etc. because the meds didn't know the difference between a strained back muscle and a heart or other vital organs. That stuck with me.

So this med enhances the strength and endurance of the heart and probably every other vital organ, I think could mean she will burn out her body rapidly. at a young age. Meanwhile, Russia provides it for her.
