Personally, I like Flores. I saw him interviewed too by Mike Greenberg

What is your issue today?

Flores is not employed today because he was not good with people in Miami. Now he's throwing the Broncos under the bus. Now, the Giants issue, I can empathize with, that's a problem. But he's being a drama queen if he's inferring racism outside the Giants' incident. He doesn't know it but he's burning new bridges every day. He's putting his career at risk.
