And false.

Now, are there problems present? Absolutely. Do Black billionaires need to buy franchises? Yes. Do more women billionaires need to buy teams, yes. Is all this the only way to progress. No. Should it have to be that way. No.

This false belief that GMs and owners don't wan to hire Black coaches, "just because" is preposterous. I admit I get sick of retread hires when some guys never get their first opportunity. That's wrong. But you know something, that happens all the time in the "real world too."

Hiring in this country is often suboptimal in all professions.

Standards? Yes, Steve Wilks, VJ and Brian Flores all got axed way too soon. EB by all appearances should have been a HC by now. But I suspect there are many assistants who should have been hired by now.
