They just rushed it, IMO. We should have owned and reset the timetable.

Toward that crazy end, there was not enough time to take care of the people that took care of us. That was a mistake - we could have estimated that better.

But leaving there was no mistake. Biden's the one who made it happen. The history books will view that in a favorable light, despite the clumsy, rushed execution.
