I think the 2016 election was a referendum on Hillary. Aside from the


fact that 2 bored guys wrote an article for WSJ ( or whatever) saying that Hillary should run again, I don’t think the DNC has any interest in Hillary . 2016 had the theme of Hillary-or-not.
I can think of at least 10 Dem govt. officials who would do well as Pres. The DNC is not going back to Hillary. JMO.
