Why is Oregon football a stepping stone for coaches?

With all of the money from Nike, fan support and success you would think Oregon would be a destination, not a stepping stone to the next job?

Chip Kelly (4 yrs) left for the NFL
Helfrich is the outlier, and was let go. That happens when you finish 4-8, 6th in the North
Taggart (1 yr) left for Florida State
Cristobal (4 yrs) left for Miami
