The turning point was the admin's reaction to the so-called scandal IMO

We were competitive with most other programs in the country at that point, with less money. The carousel since then has buried us, along with things like fining MacIntyre (CoY at that time) for not following a policy that they had to hire a group of lawyers to re-write. At least DiStefano got kicked in the nuts on that one, too.
