I believe this is correct. Everyone is going back outside


My company has an office in Tampa, and Denver. Past two years, the COVID rates increased in FL and decreased in CO in the Spring and Summer. People stated staying inside with AC in FL while everyone in CO got out and enjoyed the Colorado.

Then when fall / winter comes, it flips. Everyone in CO is starting to spend more time inside.
