Is he doing it so he can say he's doing something about it? His energy secretary went into a fit of hysterical laughter when asked about this. Is he now showing an effort?

Or is he doing it to attempt to deflect responsibility for his attacks on the industry from day one?

There is the third possibility and he's doing it because it does indeed need to be done. So why not two or three months ago. Why does this administration act weeks or months late?

Most likely its some of all of the above. Doing nothing like he has been isn't working.
