Why pre-pandemic? Pre Biden makes more sense, this is his doing. Trump managed to get increased production up until Biden was elected.

12,875 (Jan 2020) - 11,141 (Aug 2021). You can do the math but it is in no way near where it was before Joe and his policies went on attack. Now you don't consider 86% pretty close do you?

12,966 was the peal of production during the Trump years, surprisingly not in Nov 2020. No confidence in Joe started the decline.
