The gap between the unfinished and finished product is


at an all-time high. Guessing that is his beef. Maybe worried about collusion? At the pump, it has always been the case that prices skyrocket when costs are going up, but float down slowly when the unfinished product is declining. That is nothing new. Not good, but not new.
