Thanks for more info on the conditions. I see the potential for abuse but I


also see them offering an opportunity for low income families to pursue college dreams that would not have been available otherwise. For me its up to the families to choose whether that path is appropriate not administrators. Due we condemn a program that possibly helped many because a few failed in making the right choice.

When we remove risk we also remove opportunity.
