Jim Leonhard, Wisconsin Defensive Coordinator

Jim Leonhard is one guy I wish they could go after, but it is unlikely anyone will ever pry him out of Wisconsin. He is from the tiny town of Tony in northern Wisconsin, played at Wisconsin, and after about 10 years in the NFL eventually became Wisconsin' defensive coordinator after joining their staff.

I think Dorrell could eventually be fine if he would hire assistants who can coach and recruit. However, so far he hasn't shown the wherewithal to let go serious under performers and replace them with decent performers. His aggravation shown by pushing a cameraman should have been shown by pushing an assistant or two out the door.
