I feel bad for Broussard and all of the players. I can imagine a player getting so horribly frustrated that he finally says something. There is no leadership.
Reminds me of what Marshal Soult supposedly said to Napoleon when they observed the charge of the Scots Greys at Waterloo. Soult on the British heavy cavalry, "They are the noblest cavalry in Europe, and the worst led." The Colorado offense sounds like the Scots Greys and the rest of the British Heavy Brigade. Noble, but no leadership.
[The French Cuirassiers were arguably the best cavalry and best led cavalry in Europe at the time. :-) ]
