That means the dollar amounts can get bigger then ever and the tactics can get nastier than ever because it's all legal. Yes, I know there are supposedly limitations and restrictions. It will take about 10 minutes for people to find ways around the rules. Look at BYU. A local candy bar company is paying players who have haven't even stepped on the field. Doesn't NIL stand for "Name, Image, and Likeness"?? What is the NIL value for players who haven't played a down?? Nobody knows.
